Sagrada Familia - no building permit?
Apparently Sagrada Familia church, Barcelona's most iconic structure, failed to get a building permit before starting construction in 1882. The church has agreed to pay the city a fine amounting to $41 million dollars over the next 10 years. I wonder if there was a building permit for La Seu, Barcelona's cathedral, which was consecrated in the 14th century? And if not, what will their fine be?
